Since 2019, funding from Creative Scotland has enabled free audience insight services from The Audience Agency, a mission-led charity helping cultural organisations use shared data to grow relevance, reach and resilience.

Together, they’ve introduced a standardised system for collecting, sharing and benchmarking audience data across Scotland’s creative and cultural sector.
